Easy like Sunday Morning! This class is open to all levels. A non physical and non-strenuous practice designed specifically for healing, decompression, and mental relaxation. Runners, athletes, dancers, and for those who carry any kind of stress with-in the body and are tight and tense as a result, will benefit tremendously by attending this class. By flowing through a classical Hatha yoga sequence, the postures aid in opening the muscular structure of the body. Creative visualization, ancient breath techniques and mind-body awareness practices assist the energetic and astral bodies to become receptive to healing. The class ends with 30 minutes of restorative yoga postures followed by savasana (guided relaxation).


A relaxed and open body, Balanced Hormones, Deeper sleep, and an over-all sense of peace an calm are the result!
