Come celebrate the three full lunar cycles of spring and by setting your intentions for living a life that honors your light. Join us and set your intentions with each new moon and celebrate the abundance you’ve manifested with each full moon this season, before moving consciously into the next lunar cycle. Each session begins with pranayama breathing exercises before a full yoga flow, and concludes with seated meditation to concentrate the creative energy we’ve cultivated.
This month we will commemorate May’s full moon with an afternoon session that will hone the energy of the peak of the lunar cycle in a meditative flow and energizing balancing postures. Bring your journal to reflect on how this spring has been evolving for you thus far, and prepare to breathe, flow, and meditate in honor of abundance before moving into the waning lunar phase.
