During the last quarter of the final full lunar phase of 2020 we will practice purifying pranayama and settle into restorative yoga postures that foster deep release based on the premise that releasing tension in the body can inspire an easing of the mind. Together we’ll let go of all that we do not wish to bring into the new year, acknowledging our aches and tending to any tenderness with loving kindness and self-compassion.
