Our sensorial journey will begin with scent and sound, balancing pranayama, and mantra writing. With these as our guide, we will warm the body with gentle vinyasa, then settle into a series of seven deeply restorative poses. A final guided meditation will leave you prepared to manifest abundance well beyond this harvest season.
